The room was outstanding!

Nothing, it was all good.

Spacious room, great location, friendly staff, smooth check-in, complete amenities, surprise sofa bed and play area.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel was short way from shilla duty free. If you want to eat nearby, try tea stone house, which is situated 300 ft away. The venue was situated right by the Maison Glad Jeju bus stop, just 25 minutes walking distance. Parking was on-site.

the room advantages were exclusive and the private facilities were exceptional. I enjoyed the service by friendly employees who made my experience unforgettable. the Karaoke and Sauna were top-notch, but the highlight was the Outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were exquisite, with a delicious range of cocktails and great food.

The only minor issue I had was the lack of free internet connection in the room. there was free wifi available at the lobby.

Recently stayed in a hotel during Easter holidays, and my family and I absolutely loved it. the hotel was located in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping. We didn't even need to take a taxi as everything was right within walking distance. the check, in was quick and efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful. the rooms were clean and well equipped, providing all the basic amenities we needed. the Wi, Fi was free, and we had no issues with it during our stay. a great experience!

One downside of this hotel was the room size. Although clean and well, equipped, they were a bit small.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was very close to the airport and near plenty of shops and restaurants. We were also impressed with the excellent customer service provided by the staff. They were always available to answer our enquiries and were very helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with lots of choices.

Nice stay & Good price

Stayed here for a business trip and had a nice experience. The hotel was very reasonably priced and offered free Wi-Fi connection. The location was great, close to the airport and had many shops and restaurants in the area. Additionally, the hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests.

The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly and it was quite hot and stuffy. We tried contacting the manager, but they didn't offer any solutions to the problem. We were disappointed by this, but overall it didn't ruin our stay.
